Our most popular menu item is the tacos! We use a tomato salsa sauce, which has a spicy taste with a refreshing sourness of tomatoes. It's not too heavy or light, so it won't make you feel heavy, but it's very satisfying to eat. The pork is left to rest for several hours to soften it, and it melts in your mouth.
